As a trained engineer, our founder was frustrated by various types of strategies in the market, that lacked any real science behind them, and relied on the student to essentially figure it out on his own. Most of the education always had an element of "you'll just know when you see it after you do it long enough" component to it coupled with the "I eventually found my own strategy" statement that you would hear time and time again from successful traders.  It has long been said that only a small percentage of traders actually make money, well with this kind of training available its not hard to understand why.
